Prepare these ingredients for making a pie with cooked condensed milk. Eggs are medium, flour is one glass. Rinse the raisins in advance and soak in warm water. Go through the nuts and chop. Let all the products be room temperature. Prepare a baking tin in the oven. Turn on to heat the oven for 180 grams.

In deep dishes, add eggs to the 2/3 part of the boiled condensed milk and beat with a mixer.

Add the sown flour with baking powder and sugar. I did not add sugar, my pie came out a little sweet. For those who like sweet pastries, I recommend adding sugar.

Add washed raisins and chopped nuts (leave a handful) to the dough and mix.

Grease the prepared baking dish with oil or line with baking paper. Pour the prepared dough into the tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 g for 35 - 40 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden stick: it should come out of the finished pie dry.

Heat the milk, but not boil, add the remaining condensed milk, mix. Mix with the remaining nuts.

Pour hot cake over this mixture, cover and leave in the oven (warm place) for about 3 hours to soak. You can eat the pie right away without waiting for it to soak. But with impregnation, he is better.

Cut the finished pie into pieces and serve with hot tea, coffee or a glass of cool milk.
