How do you make a delicious strawberry pie in the oven? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start cooking with the dough. Take the top grade flour. Sour cream with a fat content of 15% or higher. Butter should be room temperature, so take it out of the fridge beforehand.
Then you can roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. While the dough is pliable, I distribute it over the bottom and sides of a detachable baking mold (Ø 18-22 cm, I have 20 cm). The smaller the diameter of the mold, the higher the dough sides should be. After that, put the dough tin in the fridge.
Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until homogeneous. The mixture should be half-empty, but fluid. If you want the berries to stay on the surface of the pie, like mine, the filling should be thicker. This is possible if sour cream is fatty. You can reduce the sugar to your taste. First, pour in half the sugar, then try the pour to taste and, if necessary, add more.
Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool completely without taking it out of the tin. The sour cream filling should be compacted. Where there are many berries, sour cream can remain moist and not as dense. This is especially true of the center. This is permissible, because juice from berries does not give sour cream a proper grip. Chilled pie cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy your meal!
