Wheat flour - 350 gr, Milk - 200 ml, Butter - 3 tbsp, Yeast - 25 gr, Sugar - 1 tbsp, Salt - 0.5 tsp, Fish fillet - 500 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Potatoes - 2 pcs., Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
We cook yeast dough. Heat the milk in a saucepan to a temperature of 40 degrees, pour it into a bowl for kneading dough, pour in yeast, salt and sugar, pour in melted butter. We mix everything well. We start pouring the sifted flour in parts, first we mix it with a spoon when the dough thickens, shift it to the table and knead it with our hands.
For filling, clean the potatoes, rinse them and cut into thin slices. The onions are peeled and ground. Cut the fish fillet into large pieces or use whole. We put the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil. Put a layer of potatoes on top, salt and pepper to taste. Next comes fish fillet and onion on top.
