Shortbread pie with nutella

Eggs - 1 pc., Egg yolks - 2 pcs., Sugar - 2 tbsp., Butter - 200 gr., Wheat flour - 3 pack., Baking soda - 0.25 tsp., Salt - 0.25 tsp., Nut paste - 200 gr.
We break 1 egg whole and 2 yolks. Beat with a mixer or whisk until a light foam forms. Add sugar, mix.
Cut the soft slime oil into cubes and add to the bowl.
Add the cured flour. Pour soda and sugar into the flour.
We mix the dough. It turns out soft, but not hypnotic to the hands. Wrap the dough in film at the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and separate about 1/5 part for the strips.
We sprinkle flour on the working surface, and roll out the dough with a hollow 1. 5 cm. We sprinkle the baking dish with flour and place the dough in the mold, distributing it over the bottom of the mold and forming sides approximately 1 cm high.
We lay out Nutella, distributing it evenly.
Roll out the smaller dough 1 cm thick and cut out the strips. We put the strips on the dough. We put in the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Enjoy your meal!
