We make dough. Mix sour cream and oil at room temperature with a mixer. 
Then add flour with baking powder and kneading until smooth and not sticky dough. We put the dough in the mold and distribute it along the bottom and edges so that there are high sides. 
Pour strawberries to the bottom. 
We prepare the cream. Mix egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and flour. We pour all this on top of the berries. 
We put the cake in a 180-200-preheated ºS in the oven for 50 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
