How to bake apple bulk pie? Let's prepare the products. Apples in such a pie are better suited to sour varieties, the dough is quite sweet. If the apples are sweet, reduce the amount of sugar. I advise you to put the oil in the freezer for a while, it will be easier to grate it.
Take a bowl, pour flour, salt and baking powder into it. Mix well. Add the manka, sugar and cinnamon.
Using a whisk, mix the dry mixture until homogeneous. This is our dough.
Remove the skin from the apples, cut cuttings. Cut the apple in half and cut out the core.
We rub apples on a coarse grater. They immediately begin to darken. Spray them with lemon juice, mix. The oxidation process will stop from juice. The filling is ready.
We start collecting cake. I baked it in split form. Make sure to lay out the bottom with baking paper. We rub 40 grams of butter on a coarse grater. We distribute evenly over the bottom.
Place a layer of dry mixture on the oil, about a fourth of the total volume. We distribute it evenly with a spoon.
We put a layer of apples, a third of the total. We straighten it with a spoon.
Then we repeat - the second dry layer, the second layer of apples, the third dry layer, the third layer of apples.
The fourth layer, the last, is dry. Grate the remaining oil on top. We distribute it evenly over the surface.
Put in the preheated oven to bake for one hour. When the time is over, turn off the heating, but do not take out the cake, but leave to cool in the oven. Serve slightly warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
