Margarine - 180 gr, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Salt - 2 gr, Baking powder - 0.5 tea liters, Wheat flour - 350 gr, Potatoes - 400 gr, Chicken fillet - 300 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Butter - 20 gr, Egg yolks - 1 pc.
Wash the potatoes, peel, put in a saucepan, fill with cold water and put on heat. Add a pinch of salt. The potatoes, unlike chicken fillet, boil until semi-cooked for 10-12 minutes. The exact time depends on the potato variety and the power of your stove. Turn off the heat when the potatoes are still a little hard. Drain the water and cool the potatoes.
While the chicken and potatoes are cooking, make the pie dough. The dough will be yeast-free, based on margarine. Take margarine out of the fridge beforehand to soften at room temperature. You can also melt margarine in the microwave at the smallest power or in defrosting mode. In this case, you need to wait for it to cool down. Rub the margarine with a pinch of salt.
Cover the cake with a second layer of dough and hold the edges together. In the centre, make a small opening for the steam to escape while baking the pie. Brush the pie with a whipped yolk of chicken egg. Bake the chicken and potato chicken in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. Remove the chicken coop from the oven and serve. Enjoy your meal!
