Pour melted butter and kefir into a deep bowl, where we will knead the dough. Add salt, sugar and mix well with a fork or whisk. In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour with soda, mix and add in small portions to the kefir. We knead first with a fork, when the mass becomes quite thick, we continue to mix with our hands on the surface dusted with flour. Wrap the dough in film and leave in a warm place for an hour. During this time, the dough will increase slightly in volume, become soft and pliable. While the dough fits, we bake 4 unsweetened pancakes according to any recipe. In the future, they will be needed to weave the filling. Finely cut onions with a cube or half rings. Fry half the chopped onions until golden in vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan. Cut the mushrooms into arbitrary pieces, add to the meat, season with salt, ground pepper and fry until golden. For the second filling, fry the remaining onion in vegetable oil. We cut the chicken fillet into a small cube, send it to the onion and fry it almost until tender, seasoning it with salt and ground pepper to taste. We shift both fillings to separate plates. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool in icy water. Clean the shells and cut into a cup. We add spring onions to the eggs, season with salt. During the preparation of fillings, the dough has already risen enough. Turn on the oven 200 degrees to warm up and start assembling the chimney. We pinch off a small piece of dough for decoration. We divide the rest of the dough into 2 parts, one twice as much as the other. We roll out most of it in a layer of about 1 cm. Grease the baking tin with oil and put a round dough blank into it, form high sides. We put the pancake in the middle, put the filling of chicken and onions on top of it. Cover with a second pancake, lay out the egg filling. Cover with a third pancake and lay out the filling from mushrooms. We complete the process of laying out the filling with the fourth pancake. We roll out the second part of the dough and cover all the layers of the filling. We roll the side beautifully. In the center, we form a hole for the exit of steam. From the remaining dough, we cut out various decorations to taste: leaves, flowers, birds, etc. We decorate the pie. Grease the chicken coop with beaten egg and send it to the oven for 45 minutes. As soon as the cooking process is completed, we take the chicken coop out of the oven and let it cool a little in the mold. We serve to the table in a warm form. Enjoy your meal!
