We pour kefir into a large bowl. It is better to take fat kefir, then the finished chicken can be even softer and tender. Add soda to it and mix. Melt margarine to a liquid state. The easiest way to do this is in a microwave, but if not, . a water bath is suitable. Add salt and melted margarine to kefir. Mix well. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and add it to the kefir mixture in small portions. Knead the dough with a fork, whisk or mixer with dough heads. When mixing with a fork is already difficult, we continue to knead the dough with our hands. Add flour until the dough softens and stops sticking to your hands. Wrap the dough in film and leave at room temperature for 3 hours. Potatoes and onions are clean and mine. Cut the onions into the smallest cube, potatoes with straws sweeter. Rinse the chicken with running water, dry and cut into small pieces. We divide the pie dough into two parts (one should be a little bigger than the other). We roll out a smaller part and put it in a baking tin, greased with oil. Do not forget about the formation of the sides. Put a layer of chicken in the middle, season with salt and ground pepper. Put onions in the second layer, and potatoes on top of it. It is also salted and peppered. We cut cold butter with bars, put it on the surface of the filling. We roll out the second part of the dough, cover the coop and pinch the sides. We make various decorations from the leftover dough, if desired. You can also make several cuts on the surface of the pie for the exit of steam. Grease the surface with beaten egg. We send the chicken coop to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Readiness is determined by the golden crust. We take out the finished cake from the oven, grease with a small amount of butter, which can be replaced with water, and serve it hot to the table. If a little pie stays after dinner, it can be served cold. Enjoy your meal!
