Strawberry coconut cream pie

Wheat flour - 250 g, Butter - 100 g, Sour cream - 100 g, Sugar - 100 g, Baking powder - 1 tea liter, Sour cream - 200 g, Sugar - 150 g, Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Potato starch - 1 table., Vanilla sugar - 10 g, Strawberry - 500 g, Coconut shavings - 50 g
DOUGH: Add cooled melted oil to sour cream, mix with a whisk.
Add sugar, baking powder.
Stir with a whisk.
Add flour.
Mix with a spatula.
Put the dough on the work surface and quickly knead the dough. It should be elastic and a little loose.
Put the dough in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, distribute with your hands. Make sides 4 cm high, press slightly with a fork. Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
CREAM: Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch to sour cream.
Mix everything.
PIE: Lay strawberries without tails on the dough in a circle.
Pour cream.
Sprinkle coconut chips on top.
Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees to a well-rosy color. Get out of the oven, cool well!
