Be careful and do not overheat the chocolate, otherwise it can turn into a cereal mass. If you heat in the microwave, then warm the chocolate for 15 seconds each time, taking out the container and stirring the mass. If you heat on a steam bath, then make sure that the container with chocolate does not come into contact with boiling water. Set the chocolate mass aside for 5 minutes to cool a little.
Spread the dough over cupcake molds or over small, portioned ceramic moulds. It is better to grease the molds before baking, even grease good quality silicone ones. I decided to skip this stage, as I was sure of the quality of the molds, but the cakes are obtained with a very delicate crust, which easily sticks to the surface of the form and it is very difficult to get such cakes whole and unharmed (I have suffered a little)!
