Let's make pudding ingredients. The composition can be expanded, reduced or changed if desired and tasted. In some recipes, grated vegetables, fruits, fresh berries are added to the pudding, but this is a matter of taste. The main thing is the presence of dried fruits that need to be prepared in advance.

Tighten the shape with foil on top. We put the form in a pan of boiling water. Water should cover the mold only a quarter of its height. We reduce the fire to a minimum and volume pudding for about 5 hours (depending on its size and the number of ingredients). Water periodically needs to be poured.
