How do I make patties out of puff non-yeast dough? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Remove the puff dough in advance from the freezer and defrost according to the instructions on the package. Minced meat is recommended to use mixed (pork, beef and chicken). Take mustard Dijon, not spicy.
Peel onions from husks, rinse with cold water. Slice as small as possible. If you don't like onions, you can skip this step and not add it to the mince.
