Before you start filling, we take out the puff dough from the freezer. Thaw it at room temperature. To prevent the top of the dough from drying when thawing, it is recommended to cover it with a towel. Let's deal with the filling. Carefully rinse the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel. We cut thick pieces along against the fibers.
To make the pastry blush, appetizing, brush it with yolk. This is easy to do with a silicone brush. If it is not there, then you can lubricate it with a homemade brush made of soft bandage. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top. This way the rolls will look even more appetising. Put bake in the preheated oven to 190 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
