Yeast pies with raspberries in the oven
17 servings2 hours
Raspberries - 400 gr, Sugar - 4 tbsp., Wheat flour - 1 kg, Eggs - 1 pc., Milk - 300 ml, Water - 70 ml, Butter - 100 gr., Yeast - 2 tsp., Sugar - 3 tbsp., Vanilla sugar - 8 gr., Salt - 0.25 tsp., Eggs - 1 pc.
Ingredients. To begin with, you should prepare yeast dough. Depending on the strength of the yeast, it can cook for quite a long time or very quickly. In my version, the dough should fully fit within an hour.
Pour dry yeast with warm water, infuse for 10 minutes and stir.
We heat the milk. Drive an egg into the milk and mix. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter in order, mix.
Then add the finished yeast.
After mixing thoroughly, add the sifted flour until the dough is elastic and behind the walls of our saucepan.
Roll the kneaded dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to lift. The dough should be lowered 3-4 times.
While the dough rises, we cook the filling - we mix raspberries with sugar.
Roll out the finished dough and cut into circles.
Put the filling on the middle of each mug, hold the edges of the dough together and give our patty the necessary shape.
We cover the baking tray with baking paper and put ready-made raspberry pies on it. Each pie must be greased with beaten egg.
Raspberry patties are baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Raspberry pies are ready! Nice to all tea parties!
