Cottage cheese - 300 grams, Wheat flour - 1.7 pack., Butter - 70 grams, Sugar - 0.5 pack., Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon., Baking powder - 1 teaspoon., Cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoons., Food poppy - 0.5 teaspoons.
Let's make curd dough. Add softened butter to the sifted flour and chop the mixture into crumbs with a knife.
To the obtained mass add curd, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and knead the elastic dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, alternately roll out each part 3 mm thick and cut with a knife into strips.
Cut each strip of dough with a knife, not reaching the edge of 1 cm, into separate strips 5-6 mm wide.
Twist with a roll and form cookies in the form of an octopus. Put the cookies on an oiled baking sheet.
Sprinkle the biscuits with cinnamon, poppy or some other spice to taste.
Put a baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
