Piglet shortbread

Wheat flour - 200 g, Butter - 120 g, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Sugar - 50 g, Vanillin - 1 g, Salt - 3 g, Baking powder - 10 g, Raisins - 20 g, Water - 1.5 tbsp.
Products needed to bake cookies.
We mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanillin.
Divide the egg into yolk and protein. Add the yolk and oil to the flour mixture.
Grind everything into crumbs. Then pour cold water and form a ball from the dough.
Wrap in a film of food, put it in the cold for 30 minutes.
Roll the cooled dough into a formation, it is more convenient to do this between two sheets of oiled parchment.
Cut out with a round cutter of a cookie blank, form patches and ears from the dough trimmings.
Lubricate round blanks with egg white, stick ears, piglets, make eyes out of raisins, pierce the nostrils in the patches with toothpick.
We transfer cookies to a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment or a baking mat. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
We take the finished cookies out of the oven, cool them and serve them for tea.
