Let's start by making nut dough for the legs. Sieve the baking powder and wheat flour into a separate dish, saturating the dry mixture with oxygen. Then add the chopped and fried walnuts in a dry pan. In the bowl of the mixer, beat the eggs with sugar into a lush foam and introduce softened butter. Once again mix well. Gradually pour dry ingredients into the bowl and gradually knead the homogeneous dough. We form a ball from it and send it to the refrigerator in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to stabilize. We prepare dough for hats, for this we mix wheat flour, powdered sugar and baking powder. In the bowl of the mixer, whisk the egg with the yolk and softened butter. Add vanilla extract. We gradually introduce dry products into the mass and knead smooth, but not sticky dough. We try not to add extra flour. Having formed it into a ball, cool for 30 minutes. Turn on the 180C oven, cover the baking tray with paper or silicone mat. We divide the chilled nut dough into portions and form oblong sausages. You can roll a long sausage and cut it into individual pieces-legs 2-3 cm long. We lay out the legs on a baking sheet with a distance of
2. 5 cm from each other and bake for 10-15 minutes until a beautiful golden color. Cool the cookies on a sheet and then remove. We divide the dough for hats into small portions, roll each part into a ball and flatten it. Put the hats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the volume increases and the beautiful ruddy color. In hot hats, remove part of the core with a small knife or teaspoon. We do not throw away cookie crumbs, they will be useful for decoration. We mix crumbs, chopped nuts and dried in a pan, rum (if desired, you can even without it), a little cocoa powder and room temperature jam and fill this cap with this filling, inserting legs into them. This will securely hold the parts of the fungus together and diversify the taste. Melt black chocolate in a water bath or microwave, mix with butter. We cover the caps of mushrooms, each dipped in chocolate glaze. Dessert is ready, have a nice tea party!
