Egg whites - 2 pcs., Sugar - 70 gr, Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp., Chocolate - 50 gr.
Beat the squirrels to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat to steady peaks.
Add cocoa.
Add grated chocolate.
Gently mix from top to bottom.
Prepare the cooking bag and nozzle.
Put the mass in a bag.
Put parchment on a baking sheet. Put small cookies on it - the size of a small walnut.
Bake the meringue in the oven for 18-20 minutes, at a temperature of 150 degrees. Meringue should be crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside.
Cool the meringue.
If desired, you can glue the halves together with melted chocolate.
