Now the dough must be removed for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. While the dough cools, prepare the baking tray and turn the oven on for heating. We set the temperature to 180 degrees, for this cookie it is better to use the convection mode.
Baking cookies is better either on a silicone or Teflon mat. In the future, you will need a speed of folding cookies, if it sticks to paper, then nothing will work. Or take paper, the quality of which you are absolutely sure. With the help of a spoon, we form circles with a diameter of 6-8 cm, in thickness they should be uniform and very thin.
Bake cookies at 180 degrees. Baking times range from 4 to 8 minutes, depending on the size. Mine baked 8, but they are large. Look better around the edge - it should be rattled. Just don't overextend the biscuits in the oven - it will become fragile and won't curl up. We quickly remove the finished cookies from the oven and begin to form immediately while it is warm.
