Wheat flour - 1 pack., Vegetable oil - 60 ml, Salt - 0.25 tea liters., Baking soda - 0.25 tea liters., Vinegar - 1 dessert., Onions - 1 pc.
Prepare these products for cooking cookies with fried onions. The biscuits are lean. Medium-sized bulb, if such cookies were not prepared before, then it is better to take a small onion. If the cookies like it, then you can experiment with the amount of fried onions in the composition. Soda will need to be extinguished with vinegar.
Roll out the dough on a floured table. This is most easily done either through a bag or baking paper to prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin. Peel, wash and dice the onion. Pour vegetable oil into the pan (1-2 tbsp. in addition to the specified volume) and fry the chopped onions over medium heat. Place the fried onions in a separate plate to cool. Turn on to heat the oven by 200 degrees.
In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour, salt, soda, slaked vinegar, oil and fried onions. Knead the dough. The dough gathers well into the ball with its hands.
Let the ready liver cool. It tastes like a cracker. Great for beer.
