Biscuits piglets
4 servings30 min
Wheat flour - 250 g, Butter - 120 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 60 g, Baking powder - 5 g, Salt - to taste, Vanillin - to taste
Add sugar to the oil, mix everything well and beat a little with a fork. The mass should become homogeneous and a little lush. Instead of sugar, you can use powdered sugar bought in the store or cooked in a coffee grinder made from ordinary sugar. The biscuits will come out not strong sweet, so you can increase the amount of sugar to your taste, but not much so as not to disrupt the proportions of the dough.
Put the rested dough on a silicone mat or other working surface, roll it into a rectangular layer 2-3 millimeters thick. The thinner the dough, the crisp the biscuits will turn out. We take a glass, glass or salad ring of a suitable size and cut out the circles. I used a 5cm plastic glass. I had small patches coming out.

Transfer the oil of room temperature into a deep bowl and cut with a knife into medium cubes. Oil should be taken of good quality and it is better not to replace it with margarine or spread. Really delicious cookies will only come from real butter.
Add two eggs and vanillin or vanilla sugar, stir intensively until a homogeneous gruel is obtained. If you add one yolks, then baking powder is not needed - this is the secret of sand dough.
Pour in flour mixed with salt and baking powder. We knead dense shortbread dough. We form a kolobok from it, cover it with an ordinary small bag or cling film and leave it to rest for 15 minutes in a cool place. The dough is pliable, it is good to work with it.
Next, we cut out our nostril spots - I did it with the help of a handle cap.
We put the prepared cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, which does not need to be greased.
We bake patches in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for a very short time - about 8-10 minutes.
