Eggs - 3 pcs., Butter - 220 gr, Brown sugar - 4 tbsp., Vanillin - 2 gr., Salt - 2 gr., Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp., Wheat flour - 270 gr.
Hard-boiled eggs, clean, separate proteins from yolks (proteins will not be needed in this recipe). Carefully mash the boiled egg yolks with a fork. Mix the softened butter with brown sugar, salt, vanillin and egg yolks. The resulting mass is divided into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix.

Next, add flour and knead 2 types of dough. Roll light and dark dough into beds of the same size
Put light on a dark layer of dough, press slightly and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
