Butter - 110 grams, Eggs - 1 pc., Powdered sugar - 100 grams, Cocoa powder - 50 grams, Wheat flour - 250 grams, Baking powder - 1 teaspoon, Butter - 100 grams, Powdered sugar - 130 grams, Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
Let's do the test. For this, we will prepare the ingredients: soft butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, one chicken egg, flour and baking powder.
In a bowl, combine butter and powdered sugar.
Beat the butter with a mixer for a few minutes until fluffy. At the same time, we try to achieve complete dissolution of the puda.
Add a whole egg.
And again carefully beat everything.
In a separate container, combine flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix to get a homogeneous mixture. By the way, since everyone has different quality flour, I advise you to set aside 50 g of flour first and add it already if the dough turns out to be too sticky.
Add dry ingredients to the cream mass.
And with very fast movements we knead the dough. We don't mix the dough for a long time, we just ensure that the dough comes together in a lump and that's it.
Transfer the finished dough into a bag or wrap it in film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour or more, the dough should cool well.
We place the cooled dough on a sheet of parchment, we also cover it with paper on top.
And between two sheets of parchment, roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm. If desired, of course, you can roll out the dough simply by dusting the surface with flour.
We transfer the dough to a baking sheet and cut out future cookies from it. I have more dough punches, so I made half the cookies curly.
Carefully take the trimmings of the dough, collect them together and roll them out again. We send the cookies themselves right on the baking sheet to the refrigerator so that they grab well (at this stage I did not place the cookies on the baking sheet so that it deforms as little as possible, it is most convenient to do this after cooling).
We arrange well-chilled cookies on a baking sheet. Thus we form all cookies. By the way, if while working with the test you notice that it has softened excessively, then send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Before baking, cut cookies must be cooled in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Bake the cookies in the oven preheated to 180-200 C for about 8-10 minutes. Transfer the finished cookies to the grill or just on the board and leave until completely cooled.
While the biscuits cool, we will make the cream. For the cream, take soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
First, in a deep bowl, beat the butter for 1 minutes.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to it.
Beat the cream until fluffy and until the icing sugar is completely dissolved. Our cream is ready.
Put the finished cookies in pairs.
We transfer the cream into a pastry bag in a round nozzle. We cover one half of the cookies with a layer of cream. The amount of cream you like, but like me, the more the better: ) By the way, you can spread the cream with a regular spoon if there is no bag under your hands.
Cover the filling with the second half of the cookies. Transfer the finished cookies into a container with a lid and send them to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Oreo's homemade biscuits are done!
