1. Put dry yeast in a bowl, pour water, preheated to a warm state, then pour sugar, mix, leave for 10 minutes in order for the reaction to take place.

2. Meanwhile, put egg yolks in a separate bowl, beat them with a mixer, then pour a yeast mixture into them and pour the sifted flour. Chilled butter cut into cubes, lay out to the rest of the ingredients, knead the dough. At this stage, it is very soft, it sticks slightly to the hands, this is normal. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave it to fit in a warm place for two hours.

3. After the specified time, we continue to work with the dough, add liquid honey to it (if the honey is not liquid, it must be melted in the microwave or in a water bath), three chicken yolks, pour sugar and pour water, sift through the flour, knead the dough again. Then we add the remaining yolks, knead the dough until elastic. At this stage, it should already be sufficiently plastic, not stick to the hands.

4. Melt the butter, pour it into the finished dough, add a pinch of salt and vanillin, as well as candied fruits and raisins, re-knead the dough so that the added ingredients are distributed as evenly as possible. Cover the bowl with a towel with dough, leave it warm for an hour.

5. We put the dough in the form, leave it for another four hours, during which time the dough will work well. After the specified time, send the mold to the oven heated to 190 degrees, bake for one hour. Sprinkle the finished Easter bread with pastry sprinkles and fried peanuts. If desired, you can decorate in another way, as you like. Treat yourself to health!
