Easter cake on water without milk and glaze

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp, Dry yeast - 10 g, Sugar - 1 tbsp, Water - 180 ml, Wheat flour - 600 g, Butter - 110 g, Chicken eggs - 4 pcs., Honey - 100 ml, Lemon zest - to taste, Vanillin - 4 g, Wheat flour - 2 tbsp, Zucaty - 100 gr, Raisins - 70 gr, Cognac - 100 ml, Egg yolks - 1 pc.
Pour raisins and candied fruits with cognac.
OPARA: dilute yeast in warm water, add 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. l flour.
Leave the steam in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a mixer, add liquid honey and beat for a few more minutes.
Add steam to the egg mass, mix.
Sift flour into the mixture.
Mix everything.
Add melted butter and zest of one lemon, mix.
Knead the dough well.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Put the dough in baking moulds.
Grease the top of the cakes with yolk, bake in the oven preheated to 180 for 50 minutes.
