Then we postpone 7 tbsp. starter in the refrigerator for the next time. We prepare the dough: we put 0. 5 kg of flour and 300 ml of milk into the starter, mix and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours until the dough doubles. Knead the dough: put salt, yolks, grated with sugar, vanillin and oil. Mix, introduce whipped proteins, raisins and the rest of the flour. Separate a small piece of dough for the inscription "XV. " Fill in 4 forms for the 1/3 part and put in heat for 2 hours. At the end of the time, the dough will suit 2 times, decorate the cake with the letters ХВ, grease with a beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees approx. 40-45 minutes. Decorate the cake with sourdough to your liking.
