Turkey fillet - 600 gr, Hard cheese - 50 gr, Eggs - 3 pcs., Wheat flour - 3 tbsp., Corn flour - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make turkey chops? Prepare the products according to the list. It is better to use chilled turkey fillet, it will turn out to be more delicate. But if you have a frozen product, then defrost it slowly, on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. I picked up a chilled fillet to wash and wipe with paper towels.

Cut the fillet into slices 7-8 mm thick.

Beat each piece off with a kitchen hammer. Salt and pepper to taste.

Put a frying pan on the heat, in which you will fry. Heat the vegetable oil in it. It is better to take oil without smell and with a high smoking temperature. While the pan warms up, we make a batter. In a bowl, break the eggs, shake with a fork or whisk. It is not necessary to beat, just stir the egg until smooth.

Add the grated hard cheese to the batter. Mix everything.

Pour the wheat and cornmeal into a separate plate. Mix. Now take a chop blank, roll on both sides in flour. . .

and dip in the egg-cheese batter.

Immediately set off to fry in a preheated frying pan. I advise you to lower a shoulder blade into the oil in a pan before frying: if bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start cooking.

When one side is ready (approximately 3-4 minutes), turn the chop over to the other side and bring to readiness. This way, fire all the chops.

We got such turkey chops. Very tender and fragrant.

Serve hot, with vegetables or a side dish - as you like. Enjoy your meal!
