How to make chicken brizol in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Chicken minced meat can be prepared on its own by passing chicken fillet through a meat grinder, or buy ready-made.
Place the minced chicken with a comfortable bowl and add a little salt and spice to it. Stir and beat the mince against the bottom of the bowl to make it tighter. If the mince is very wet, then you can add a little starch, manka or flour.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and spices. Shake a little with a fork or whisk.
Roll a small amount of mince between two sheets of oil-lubricated film.
Pour a ladle of egg mass into a plate.
Top with the rolled mince.
Add a little oil to the hot pan and release the minced meat with the egg in a quick motion. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden.
Then flip to the other side. Also, over a low heat, fry the brizole for 2-3 minutes and on the other side.
