Pour good vodka into the prepared container. Dry the washed chili pepper and make weak cuts on it in different directions. We add pepper to vodka. Add black pepper, cumin, cloves there. The balm is added so that the resulting drink has a pleasant tint. Close the container (jar or bottle) with a lid and remove it to a darkened place for two weeks. After the time expires, open the jar and add honey to it. Then we insist again for two weeks, stirring periodically so that the honey spreads through our tincture. Sometimes one stir during the entire infusion period is enough. After a month, the pepper tincture is completely ready to eat. As you can see, the recipe for making alcohol tincture is not difficult.
