Baked lamb ham in honey glaze

Lamb - 800 gr, Garlic - 3 teeth, Thyme, thyme - 10 gr, Olive oil - 2 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, White wine - 150 ml, Honey - 3 tbsp
Measure the ingredients.
Peel the garlic and cut it lengthwise into 2 parts. Cut thyme stems into 2-3 parts.
Wash the lamb, dry it. With a knife, puncture the entire surface of the meat and stuff with garlic and thyme.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the meat, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 220 ° C.
