Pork ribs - 1.8 kg, Sour cream - 300 g, Olive oil - 2 tbsp, Honey - 2 tsp, Grainy mustard - 4 tbsp, Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 2 teeth., Tomatoes - 1 pc., Pickled ginger - 100 gr, Olives - 100 gr, Oregano dry - 1 tsp, Basil - 1 tsp, Paprika - 1 tsp, Vegetable oil - 2 tsp, Sea salt - to taste, Mixture of ground peppers - to taste, Greens - to taste
Cut the meat into portions.
We start preparing marinade and add seasoning, mustard, honey, pepper mixture and sea salt to taste in a bowl with sour cream.
Mix all the ingredients well until homogeneous.
Pour the marinade into a bowl of meat.
Finely chop the onions.
Add the chopped onions and two cloves of pressed garlic to a bowl of marinade meat.
Mix thoroughly with your hands.
We put the meat to impregnate the marinade for four hours in the refrigerator.
Turn on the oven 180 degrees and grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Taking the meat out of the refrigerator, put the pieces on a baking sheet.
