Duck - 900 gr, Oranges - 500 gr, Honey - 3 tbsp, Soy sauce - 4 tbsp, Olive oil - 4 tbsp, Ginger powder - 0.5 tsp, Ground red pepper - 0.3 tsp, Table salt - to taste

Cut the duck into portioned pieces
Now do the sauce - grate the orange zest
Then squeeze the juice out of the oranges
Add honey
Soy sauce
Olive oil (can be replaced with another vegetable oil)
Salt lightly (remember soy sauce is already salty)
Add ginger powder - it will give the sauce a spicy touch
Add a little red hot pepper
Mix well - and our sauce is ready
Put the duck in a heat-resistant form
