In a small bowl, make the marinade: mix the mayonnaise with salt and pepper, add the ginger powder, mix thoroughly. Prepare the duck: Review the carcass for the remaining feathers, remove any yellow fat near the hood, rinse under running water and dry with a paper towel. Rub the cooked carcass with marinade, pack in cling film and leave for 2 hours in the fridge. Time has passed - transfer the duck to the sleeve. Cut the oranges into quarter wedges and pack into a roasting sleeve. Attach the hose on both sides. Bake the duck in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 2 hours.
