Pork neck - 400 g, Pumpkin - 400 g, Garlic - 3 teeth, Onions - 2 pcs., Olive oil - 40 ml, Wine vinegar white - 40 ml, Dry spices - 1 tea liter, Salt - to taste
Measure the ingredients. Cut pork into 1cm-thick serving chunks. I had ready-made pork neck patties.
Wash the pumpkin and cut into long slices.
Marinade. Mix olive oil, wine vinegar, pork spices and salt.
Pour half of the marinade into the meat, mix and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Pour the remaining half of the marinade into the pumpkin, stir and leave at room temperature.
Peel and cut the onions in half.
Crush garlic with a knife.
Spread meat, pumpkin slices, garlic and onions on a baking sheet. Pour in the remains of the marinade. Bake the meat with pumpkin for about 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
