Turkey fillet - 500 g, Round rice - 150 g, Water - 300 ml, Carrots - 200 g, Onions - 200 g, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Greens - to taste, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Olive oil - 1 table, Water - 500 ml, Tomato paste - 2 table, Sour cream - 6 table
Let's prepare the products. Wash turkey fillet, dry with paper towels.
Rinse rice several times. Pour water and cook until ready.

Pass meat and vegetables through a meat grinder. Turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees.
Add egg, cut greens, rice, salt-pepper to taste, herbs and spices.
