We dry a piece of my pork ribs with a paper towel. If necessary, remove veins and films from the ribs. After preparation, the meat is salted and pepper, rubbed with pork spices, mustard.
Let's start cooking the sauce. Mix the juices squeezed out of lemon and orange, then add honey and soy sauce to the juice mixture.
Mix until homogeneous.
We place the ribs in a bowl or other dishes and pour them with cooked marinade. We leave the meat for pickling for 2 hours, tightening the bowl with a cling film or covering it with a lid.
After this time, put the ribs in a baking dish, pour them with marinade and place them in a preheated oven.
Before baking, you can (but this is not necessary) cover the tin with ribs with a sheet of foil and bake half the time (30 minutes) like this. Then we remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes until a ruddy crust forms. In general, we bake ribs at 180-200 degrees. for 1 hour, periodically pouring marinade on top of them.
We serve a ready-made dish to the table, decorating it with herbs, thinly chopped rings of bulb onions or sprinkle it with crushed green onions. . . And we enjoy it. Enjoy your meal!
