Pork ribs - 500 grams, Carrots - 1 pc., Onions - 1 pc., Ginger powder - 1 tbl., Bay leaf - 1 pc., Allspice - 2 pcs., Tomato paste - 1 tbl., Honey - 2 tbl., Garlic - 1 tbl., Hot green pepper - 1 pc., Soy sauce - 2 tbl., Vegetable oil - 1 tbl.
1. To begin with, boil pork ribs. Salt the water and add ribs, carrots, onions, ginger, bay leaves and allspice there. Cook for about 40 minutes.
