How to grill pork ribs in the oven? Prepare the products. Take the ribs more slightly, better if they are chilled. If they are frozen, then defrost them correctly: immediately after the freezer, place the meat in the refrigerator and only then in room temperature conditions. Garlic is fresh, but can be replaced with garlic powder if desired.
Pour soy sauce into a separate dish where you will make marinade. Pay special attention to the quality of soy sauce: there are a lot of cheap analogues of this product on sale now, so give preference to a more expensive but high-quality product. Soy sauce should be natural fermentation. Add uzho suneli to it.
