Pork with mayonnaise tomatoes champignons cheese

Pork - 700 gr, Mayonnaise - 50 gr, Tomatoes - 2 pcs., Canned champignons - 200 gr, Hard cheese - 150 gr, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
To cook meat in the oven, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pork is convenient to take carbonate. It cuts well into portioned pieces. Champignons can be taken either canned or fresh. Also, they can be replaced with forest mushrooms. Take hard cheese to make it comfortable to grate. Wash the tomatoes in advance.
Cut pork meat into portions, 1. 5-2 centimeters thick. You do not need to cut off fat from meat. It will give the dish juiciness. To make the meat easier to chop, you can freeze it a little. Just do not bring to a complete freeze. Otherwise, when thawed, it will lose a lot of juice.
Cover the prepared pieces with cling film and beat with a culinary hammer. Why cover with film? So that the edges of the beaten meat do not tear and so that splashes from meat do not fly when beating.
Cover the baking tray with cooking paper and place the chipped meat on top of it. Foil, for making a baking sheet, is better not to use, as it eventually sticks to the finished dish.
Sprinkle all pieces of meat with salt and spices a little. Brush with a little mayonnaise. Mayonnaise will soak the meat when baked and it will become juicier and softer. Instead of mayonnaise, sour cream can be used.
Cut the canned champignons and tomatoes into slices. Spread the mushrooms over the meat, then the tomatoes.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater and sprinkle each piece of meat generously with it. Place the baking tray in the oven, warmed to 190 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Navigate your oven.
During baking, excess juice will evaporate from the meat and bake a little on the baking sheet. The cheese will melt completely and brown a little. Remove the finished dish from the oven and arrange on plates.
