How to make pork with eggplant in the oven? Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the pork, dry and cut into thin slices. You can use already chopped schnitzels. My schnitzels were thick, so I additionally beat them off with a hammer on two sides.
Cut the courgette into circles.
Cut the aubergine into circles, too.
Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and mix.
Place the pork in an oiled baking dish. Salt and pepper. Brush with the sauce.
Put the courgette on the meat. Lightly brush with sour cream mayonnaise sauce on top.
Place the aubergine circles on top of the courgettes and brush with the remaining mayonnaise.
Place the tin in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the casserole. Bake for a further 10 minutes before the ruddy crust appears on the cheese.
