Products for recipe preparation. In addition to pork and oranges, take onions, black ground pepper, salt. Cheese can be taken either hard or a mixture of hard and sausage. In this case, the hard cheese will melt, and the sausage will give the dish the aroma of smoking. Take only sausage, without hard - not worth it. This time I took only hard cheese.
We distribute the grated cheese over the entire surface of the pork. We cover a baking sheet with pork and oranges with a piece of foil, put it in the oven, reduce the fire to a minimum (I have 100 degrees) and cook pork so for two hours, so it turns out to be very soft. We remove the foil 15 minutes before the end of cooking and brown it over high heat so that it turns out to be a ruddy crust.

Rinse pork and cut off excess fat (if any). Cut the pork into small pieces. My oranges. One - peel and partition films, cut into small pieces, choosing seeds from orange.

The second remaining orange is cleaned and sorted into wedges. Grease the oven tray with olive oil. With the first layer, we distribute onions cut into half rings over the bottom.
Then we lay out pieces of pork along with oranges in which the pork was pickled. After that, between the pieces of pork, lay out fresh slices of orange. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
