How to bake pork meat with pineapple and cheese in the oven? Measure the right ingredients. I have pork schnitzels, you can take any other part of the carcass, if only it was boneless. I took pineapples from canned food, 5 pieces, according to the number of schnitzels - one mug each.
Wash the vegetables well, dry. Cut the tomatoes and onions into rings. To avoid watering your eyes, moisten the knife with tap water. I didn't remove the skin from tomatoes, you can do it if you don't like seeing it in the dish.
Beat Schnitzeli off two sides. If you have a vein running along the edges of meat pieces, cut it in several places with a knife. Otherwise, the meat will begin to roll into a tube and shrink during the baking process.
