How to bake pork on a baking sheet in the oven? Prepare all the products that are listed in the recipe. Which meat is better to take? A fresh piece of pork is suitable, it can be a loin, neck or tenderloin. You can use meat on the bone or just flesh. Cut the pork into non-large portion pieces or steaks about 1. 5cm thick. Rinse and dry the meat to remove any remaining water.
Prepare the marinade. Pour the odorless olive or vegetable oil into the blender bowl. Cut the chilli into small pieces and send to the oil. Adjust the amount of pepper to your liking or even exclude it if you do not like spicy. Add dry spices to taste in the bowl. These can be any seasoning you use most often. Turn on convection mode 5-10 minutes before you are ready. Also, a few minutes before the end of cooking, the meat can be greased with a small amount of marinade using a silicone brush (literally 2 tsp oil + a pinch of red sweet pepper). This will give the finished dish a very beautiful and appetizing look. If your oven is baking well and a mouth-watering crust has already formed on the pieces, then this step can be lowered.
