Pork accordion baked in the oven
6 servings1 hour 30 min
Garlic - 3 teeth, Soy sauce - 3 tbsp, Grainy mustard - 2 tbsp, Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp, Pork - 800 gr, Tomatoes - 2 pcs., Hard cheese - 100 gr, Champignons - 5 pcs., Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Put the garlic in a bowl to marinate the meat, add the soy sauce, oil, mustard to it.
Add the lemon juice to the marinade.
Stir the marinade until smooth.
Cut the meat (a rectangular piece is especially good here) along the entire length, leaving 5-10 mm not cut below.
Carefully dip the meat into the marinade and leave to marinate.
Slice the cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Put the minced meat on the foil.
Put the vegetable wedges evenly into the cuts.
Mushrooms are not a mandatory ingredient. You can fry them before baking, for example, I like it so much. Wrap the prepared pork well with foil and place in the oven, warmed to 200 degrees, for 1 hour.
Let the finished meat lie for 10-15 minutes, and then chop, serve.
