How to bake a pork knuckle in foil in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Take a knuckle not very large, about 1 kg, otherwise it will take a very long time to bake it. Use natural fermentation soy sauce. Mustard can be absolutely any, and we replace fresh garlic with garlic powder. Turn on the oven 180 degrees beforehand.
I do not recommend salting the knuckle, soy sauce is already salty enough. Brush the knuckle generously with marinade on all sides - this can be done in a separate dish or immediately in a heat-resistant baking dish, having previously covered it with a large piece of foil. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
