Pork loin with garlic and onions in the oven

After preparing and washing the pork, use a paper napkin to remove moisture. Spiege the loin with garlic. After cleaning and cutting the onions into rings, lay out the bottom of the mold, greased with vegetable oil. Adding spices and salt, place the loin on top of the onion. Combine the warmed honey with mustard and soy sauce. Covering the tin with foil, put it in the oven and, after half an hour, pour sauce over the meat. Next, approximately every twenty minutes we repeat this action. In order for the meat to bake well, it will take about two hours of heat treatment at a temperature of 180 degrees. In the final (10 minutes before the end of cooking), remove the foil in order to form a crust. The dish is done!
