How to make a pork loin on the bone in an oven in foil? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dish. You can buy a loin on the bone in a whole piece and cut it into portion slices or buy chopped meat right away.
Rinse and dry pork loin with paper towels or regular paper wipes.
Place the pork on a chopping board, cover with cling film or a cellophane bag and gently beat the meat off with a hammer on both sides, trying to maintain the outer shape of the corets and so that the flesh does not move away from the bone.
Grease the meat with mayonnaise on all sides and refrigerate to marinate for 1-2 hours. The longer the meat marinates, the better. Put the pork loin in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes. If you decide not to fry the meat in a pan, then the baking time will increase from 20 minutes to 40.
