Schnitzel with pork mayonnaise

Pork - 500 gr, Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp, Garlic - 3 tbsp, Salt - 1 tsp, Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp, Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp, Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp, Wheat flour - 4 tbsp
Let's start making pork schnitzel by preparing all the ingredients.
Cut pork into pieces 1. 5-2 cm thick.
Lightly beat the meat with a kitchen hammer.
Crushed pieces of pork marinate in mayonnaise 1 hour.
Finely chop the garlic.
Mix the flour with salt, coriander and black ground pepper.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll pork in flour and sprinkle garlic on top. We put the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment and greased with sunflower oil. We put the schnitzels in the oven for 40 minutes.
Ready-made schnitzels acquire a pleasant golden color and a subtle aroma of seasonings and garlic.
