How do you make tomatoes with mince and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat or even assorted meat. Focus on your taste and food availability. Sour cream can be of any fat content. It can be replaced with mayonnaise or sauce.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Place the minced meat in a comfortable, spacious bowl and add the crushed onions to it. Add a little salt and spice to taste. As a spice, I take ground peppers and some paprika. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. It can be metal, glass or, like me, ceramic. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with a little vegetable oil. Place the prepared mince in the tin and spread it evenly throughout the tin.
Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and remove the peduncle. Slice the tomatoes and spread over the surface of the mince.
Grease the tomatoes and mince on top with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Sprinkle generously with the cheese, grated. Cover the top with a sheet of foil. There is no need to pack hermetically. Let the excess liquid evaporate, but the top does not burn. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Navigate your oven. Remove the foil sheet 10-15 minutes before the end of baking.
Remove the finished dish from the oven, arrange on plates and serve to the table. You can supplement with any side dish or use it as a main course. Enjoy your meal!
